- Restaurant operation time: 11:00 am – 11:00pm
- Rooms Check in: 12:00 noon, Rooms Check out: 11:00 AM
- Should you require a late check-out, please contact your guest service coordinators in the lobby who will make every effort to accommodate your request subject to availability. Late check-out charges will apply as per the request
- All guests are required to produce a valid government approved ID (passport, driving license, voter ID) at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must produce a valid passport & visa.
- All guest undertakes to present the documents as mentioned above or any additional documents which may be needed, at the time of check in to enable the Hotel permit the stay.
- All guests must be 18 years of age in order to be registered at the hotel
- Rooms have air-conditioner, refrigerator, TV, Telephone, Tea / Coffee arrangements.(For Selected Rooms)
- Children under 6 years can stay with parents without any additional charge.
- Extra bed available for all room types and are chargeable
- Complimentary breakfast will be provided for 2 people only
- We can only accept 4 guests for suite rooms and 3 guests for our deluxe and standard category rooms.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The hotel is a No Smoking area. But you will be able to smoke in a designated area.
- If furniture or furnishings are damaged, lost or stolen. The right amount of fine and penalty will be charged as per management’s discretion.
- Guests are requested to observe government rules & regulations in force applicable to India from time to time in respect to registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms etc.
- Do note that we can't allow any male visitor for any single female guest's room and vice-versa. Visitors need to provide their proper govt. id proofs and adhere to proper visitor formalities before we can allow him or her to the concerned guest's rooms.
- The Management reserves the right to add or alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
